These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of AfriHill Migration’s services. By engaging our services or making payment, you agree to the following:

AfriHill Migration provides visa advisory, documentation support, relocation guidance, and related travel services. We do not guarantee visa approvals, as final decisions rest solely with embassies, consulates, or immigration authorities.
2. Payments
- All service fees must be paid in full before processing begins.
- Fees are non-refundable once services have commenced, except where expressly stated.
- Clients are responsible for all third-party charges (e.g., embassy fees, courier costs, or medicals).
3. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information/documents.
- Respond promptly to requests for additional details or clarification.
- Understand that misrepresentation, forged documents, or failure to comply with immigration laws may result in denial or legal consequences, for which AfriHill Migration is not liable.
4. Confidentiality
We treat all client information with strict confidentiality and use it only for the purpose of delivering requested services.
5. Limitations of Liability
AfriHill Migration shall not be held liable for:
- Visa denials, delays, or policy changes by immigration authorities.
- Losses resulting from inaccurate information provided by clients.
- Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., travel bans, strikes, global health emergencies).
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are only considered if services have not yet commenced or where AfriHill Migration fails to deliver a paid service. Embassy and third-party fees are strictly non-refundable.
7. Communication
Official communication will be via the email and/or phone number provided by the client. Clients must notify us of any changes promptly.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria]. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
